Meet Our Provider

Greetings! My name is Yuri Remedioz. I am a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have worked in healthcare for about 12 years and feel lucky to have found a career l'm passionate about. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Summa Cum Laude), and years later, I graduated with a Master in Science of Nursing in Family Practice and a Post-Master's certification on Psychiatry Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University, Chicago, Illinois. I conduct thorough evaluations and seek to understand each patient's emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs, working with the patient to uncover and explore the underlying root causes that contribute to mental and emotional distress. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to make positive changes to meet their goals. Combining medication and therapy supports both the mind and body, allowing for healing and personal growth.

Our office is located at 5040 NW 7th St, Suite 610 on the 6th floor. After exiting the elevator, turn right and you'll find our door immediately on the right.
